Football Kenya Federation’s Electoral Board has on Monday, August 31, 2020, received nomination forms from aspirants seeking elective positions at the national level.
Boniface Osano (Running Mate - Innocent Mutiso), Lordvick Aduda (Running Mate - Athanas Obala), Daniel Mule (Running Mate - Peter Lichungu) and Herbert Mwachiro (Running Mate - Harold Ndege) presented their papers for the position of FKF President and were subsequently handed acknowledgement forms upon scrutiny of their relevant documents.
Aspirants who had earlier in February submitted their papers were not required to resubmit.
The Board has received nomination forms from four presidential aspirants.

The Board is set to publish a preliminary list of candidates on Thursday, September 3, 2020.

A seven-day disputes resolution window has, meanwhile, been provided for in the electoral calendar where complaints on the nomination process (county and national) shall be welcomed.
Such disputes shall be heard by the Electoral Board between September 4, and September 7, 2020, and by the Appeals Committee between September 8 and September 10, 2020.
The final list of county and national level candidates is set to be published on the Board’s website on September 11, 2020.
