Football Kenya Federation’s Electoral Board has today, Wednesday, August 26, 2020, finalized its county nomination exercise.
Aspirants from Nairobi East, West Pokot, Mombasa, Taita Taveta, Laikipia, Narok, Kisumu, Migori and Trans Nzoia counties submitted their papers on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the Board welcomed aspirants from Narok, Vihiga, Kakamega and Kisumu counties.
The Board will for the next two days, Thursday and Friday, verify the papers, before publishing a preliminary list of county candidates on Saturday, August 29, 2020.
Today is the final day of submission of nomination forms for aspirants seeking elective positions at the county level.

National Executive Committee and Presidential aspirants are in the meantime expected to present their papers on August 31, 2020.
County elections are set to be held on September 19, 2020, while national elections shall be held on October 17, 2020.
